Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Party Baby LLC, d/b/a Licensed Trade Careers ("we," "us"), handles information in connection with LicensedTradeCareers.com ("the Site"). By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
2. Information we and our partners collect
Browsing the Site does not require an account and we do not ask you to register. Two categories of information may be collected. First, usage data: our hosting and analytics providers collect standard technical information such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages, used in aggregate to operate and improve the Site. Second, information you submit: if you complete an inquiry form (for example, to be matched with training programs) or call a phone number displayed on the Site, the information you provide, such as name, ZIP code, phone number, email, and program interest, is collected by the third-party network operating that form or number and shared with us and with participating schools or service providers so they can respond to your inquiry.
3. How information is used and shared
We use usage data to operate, secure, and improve the Site and to understand which content is useful. Information you submit through partner forms or calls is used to fulfill your request, matching you with schools, training programs, or service providers, and is governed by the privacy policy of the network or provider that receives it, in addition to this one. Those providers may contact you by phone, text, or email as described at the point of submission. We do not sell browsing data, and we do not share form submissions with parties unrelated to fulfilling your inquiry. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and business records may transfer in a merger, sale, or reorganization.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses privacy-respecting analytics and may use cookies or similar technologies set by our analytics, hosting, or partner-network providers to measure traffic and attribute inquiries. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the Site's informational content works fully without them.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including under Washington, Oregon, and California law, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. For information submitted through a partner form or phone number, contact the partner identified at the point of submission, and contact us as well and we will direct your request appropriately. To exercise rights with respect to information we hold, or to ask any privacy question, email [email protected]. You can opt out of communications from schools or providers directly with those parties at any time.
6. Data retention and security
We retain usage data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information handled by third-party networks.
7. Children
The Site is intended for users 16 and older exploring careers and licensing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through a partner form, contact us and we will direct the request to the appropriate party.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
