LicensedTradeCareers.com ("the Site") is operated by Party Baby LLC, d/b/a Licensed Trade Careers, a Washington limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Informational purposes only
The Site publishes information about trade licensing requirements, costs, timelines, exams, and careers. This information is provided for general informational purposes only and is not legal, financial, or professional licensing advice. Licensing requirements, fees, and rules are set by government agencies and change without notice. While we verify our content against issuing state authorities and date our updates, we make no guarantee that any information is current, complete, or accurate at the time you read it. Always confirm requirements directly with the relevant state licensing authority before enrolling in a program, submitting an application, paying a fee, or making any career or business decision.
3. Advertising and affiliate disclosure
The Site is supported by advertising and referral arrangements. When you submit an inquiry form or interact with certain links or phone numbers on the Site, we may receive compensation from third-party networks, schools, training providers, or service providers. This compensation does not determine the licensing information we publish, which is drawn from state authorities. Forms and phone numbers on the Site may be operated by third-party partners, and information you submit through them is provided to those partners and their participating schools or providers so they can contact you.
4. No endorsement; third parties
Listing, linking to, or matching you with a school, training program, or service provider is not an endorsement or guarantee of that provider, its programs, its accreditation status, its costs, or your outcomes. Your dealings with any third party, including enrollment, payment, and services, are solely between you and that party. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, or policies of third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping at scale, submitting false information through forms, attempting to interfere with the Site's operation, or using the Site's content to create misleading derivative works. All content on the Site, including text, design, and data compilations, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be republished commercially without permission.
